A Salesforce-native assistant
OrgGenius lives in the Lightning utility bar and answers in plain English — pipeline, accounts, cases, whatever your team actually asks. Every answer cites the records it came from. When the org doesn't have it, it says so instead of inventing it.
Limited pilot. One email when it ships — nothing else.
What it does differently
Every claim points at a record you can open. No confident guessing, no summary you have to go re-verify by hand.
Every query runs as you, under Salesforce's own sharing and field-level security. It cannot show you what you couldn't open yourself.
Ships with nothing that updates or deletes. Actions like logging a task or drafting a reply are shown in full and sent only after you confirm.
Anthropic, OpenAI or Azure OpenAI, chosen in config. Data goes to your vendor and nowhere else — we run no service in between.
New questions become new tools in Custom Metadata. Your admin adds them in an afternoon. No consultant, no release cycle.
The same assistant in the Salesforce mobile app, dictation included, for the answer you need between meetings.
It can't show you what you couldn't open yourself.
That isn't a policy the assistant is asked to follow — it's the platform enforcing it. Every read runs in user mode, so sharing rules and field security apply before a single row reaches the model. Every question, and every action proposed, is written to an audit log.
