Pricing
One number for the whole org. Priced on the people who actually use it.
Assign the permission set to everyone. Pay for the distinct users who asked at least one question, counted from the audit log in your own org and trued up at renewal. Never billed retroactively.

Annual subscription, 12-month minimum, USD. Your model vendor bills tokens separately under your own account — see what it costs to run.
What it costs to run
The licence is the small number. Here is the other one.
OrgGenius bills nothing per question. Tokens are billed by your model vendor, under your own key, on your own invoice — so the honest total is licence plus tokens. A question carries the tool definitions and the system prompt, roughly 35,000 input tokens; prompt caching is on and roughly halves that. The figures below assume every active user asks eight questions a working day, which is heavy.
| Tier, at the top of the band | Licence / year | Tokens / year, cheap model | Total, cheap model | Tokens / year, mid model |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter, 50 users | $1,800 | ~$1,140 | ~$2,940 | ~$4,140 |
| Team, 200 users | $6,000 | ~$4,560 | ~$10,560 | ~$16,560 |
| Business, 400 users | $12,000 | ~$9,120 | ~$21,120 | ~$33,120 |
| Enterprise, 1,000 users | $18,000 | ~$22,800 | ~$40,800 | ~$82,800 |
Per question: about $0.011 on a cheap model, $0.041 mid, $0.123 strong. Eight questions a day is ~$1.90, ~$6.90 and ~$20.70 per user per month. Most orgs land well under the table because most people ask a few questions a week, not eight a day.
Two settings cap it
A daily question cap ships at 25 per user; even on the strong model that is a worst case of about $65 per user per month, and you set it lower in one field. The model choice is per org: the cheap tier answers most questions well, and you switch tiers in settings without a code change.
Why we don't hide this
A per-seat AI licence bundles the model cost and marks it up. We'd rather you see it plainly and pick the model yourself — it is the one line on the total you control every day, and the licence is fixed. Set-up steps are on the admins page.
Everything is in the base
- All 90 tools and all 13 actions
- Knowledge — search inside emails, files, Chatter and articles
- Attached-file reading, external objects, agents
- Mobile, with dictation
- Masking, the audit log, “How I found this”
- The evaluation suite, runnable in your org
- Your choice of Anthropic, OpenAI or Azure OpenAI
We do not tier the trust story. Everything that closes a security review is in every tier.
Agent Builder is included
No add-on. In every tier.
The wizard where your admin composes new tools without writing a query, bundles them into agents, and registers your own Flows as actions — inside the same boundary.
Anchor: a consultant at $150–250 an hour builds one custom tool in a day or two. This pays for itself the first time an admin doesn't file a ticket.
How the licence works
You cannot get a surprise invoice from us.
Quote a tier up front
From your good-faith estimate of who will use it.
Assign the permission set to everyone
No rationing, no seat management, no shelfware. Its value is that anyone can ask.
At renewal, run the report
Distinct users who asked at least one question, from the audit log in your own org. A packaged report, self-certified.
Never billed retroactively
If you estimated 100 and had 300, this year's invoice does not change. Next year's tier does.

| Agentforce User License | $12,000 | $5 per user per month, metered — before a single Flex Credit is consumed. Limited CRM objects. |
| Agentforce add-on, unmetered | $300,000 | $125 per user per month. Enterprise Edition and above. |
| Agentforce 1 Edition | $1,320,000 | From $550 per user per month. |
Sources: salesforce.com/agentforce/pricing, /sales/pricing, /service/pricing, and the Flex Credits rate card dated 18 August 2026 — $500 per 100,000 credits, roughly $0.10 per standard action, unused credits expiring at term end. Agentforce Coworker has no published price; below an Agentforce 1 edition or Agentforce add-on it meters against Flex Credits and Data Services Credits.
Questions people ask
What counts as an active user?
A distinct user who asked at least one question during the term. Every answered question already writes a row with the asking user to the audit object in your org, so the count is a one-line report over data the package already collects. You run it; we never see your org.
What do we pay the model vendor?
Tokens, under your own account, on your own invoice. Typical usage runs to tens of dollars a month; a per-user daily cap keeps it predictable and the cheap model tier answers most questions well. The arithmetic is on the admins page.
Do you discount for bringing our own key?
No. Your key is why your data never touches our infrastructure and why the security review closes. It is a trust and cost-control feature, not a rebate.
Is there a sandbox or evaluation licence?
The beta is free for its duration and includes everything, installed with you in a sandbox first. After the beta, a full sandbox is included with any tier.
Which Salesforce editions?
Enterprise and Unlimited Edition, and any edition with API access. A full sandbox works for evaluation.
Can we buy it once rather than yearly?
Annual is the model. Some public-sector and education buyers cannot do subscriptions; for those we quote a perpetual licence with a mandatory annual support-and-updates fee. Ask.
