This website
The site is static and hosted on Netlify. We do not run analytics or advertising trackers. Netlify's edge logs record requests in the ordinary way; see Netlify's privacy policy for their retention. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when they are fetched.
Forms
When you submit the beta form or email us, we keep what you sent — your name, work email, company, role and message — to reply to you and to run the beta. It is stored in Netlify Forms and our email. We do not sell it, share it, or add you to a mailing list. Ask us to delete it and we will.
The product
OrgGenius is a managed package that runs entirely inside your Salesforce org. It has no servers of ours in the path: your questions and your data go from your org to the model vendor you chose, under your own API key and your own contract with that vendor. We receive no telemetry, no usage data and no copy of your data. The audit log is a custom object in your org, under your control, with a retention setting you choose.
